Dakota L. Espinoza

Biography

Dakota Lynn Espinoza practices in the area of property tax litigation. She was born and raised in Eagle Pass, Texas, before moving to attend Texas Tech University. After earning her bachelor’s degree she moved to Dallas, Texas where she worked at the North Texas Food Bank while also working on Juris Doctorate. In 2022 she began working for Geary, Porter & Donovan, P.C. as a administrative assistant within the property tax division. In 2024, she received her J.D. from UNT Dallas College of Law.

Dakota has lived in Dallas since 2019, and she is serving as an associate attorney with a focused practice in property tax law. She represents clients in matters involving property valuation, assessments and property tax disputes.

Dakota was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2024. She is a member of the Dallas Bar Association and Dallas Association of Young Lawyers. Fluent in Spanish, she is committed to serving both English- and Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring clear communication and personalized representation.
