Biography
Mr. King practices primarily in the area of estate planning and probate, including the drafting of simple and complex wills; drafting of living trusts, insurance trusts, management trusts, trusts for minors, special and supplemental needs trusts, protective trusts for the impaired, and charitable trusts, drafting and creation of family limited partnerships and limited liability companies; drafting of living wills, general powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney, declarations of guardian; asset and creditor protection planning; tax planning; premarital agreements, estate administration; guardianship, and estate and trust litigation.
He earned his bachelor’s degree from Boston University in 1987 and his law degree from Albany Law School in 1990. He was admitted to the State Bar of Massachusetts in 1990, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts in 1991, the State Bar of New York in 1991, and the State Bar of Texas in 2000. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
