Gabrielle Pardue received her Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Arts Administration from Texas Christian University in 2016 with honors. While at TCU, she was heavily involved in her sorority Alpha Delta Pi and with YoungLife. She went on to earn her law degree from SMU Dedman School of Law in 2020.
After her first year of law school, Gabrielle clerked with the Honorable Judge Amos Mazzant III in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas and attended University College, Oxford University, Oxford, England. While in law school Gabrielle also worked with the Innocence Clinic, Corporate Counsel Externship Program and Public Interest Externship Program at SMU.
She was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2020 and the State Bar of Colorado in 2021. Gabrielle is a member of the Dallas Bar Association and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers as well as many organizations that deal specifically with real estate issues. She is also member of the SMU Real Estate Society and Commercial Real Estate Women – Dallas.
Gabrielle’s area of practice focuses on advising clients in the acquisition, construction, financing, management, leasing and sale of single and multi-family residential developments, as well as office, commercial and industrial properties.
