Ms. Vidal is a shareholder with Geary, Porter & Donovan and practices in the litigation section. In her more than twenty-five years of experience Ms. Vidal has resolved through trial, arbitration, appeal or settlement a vast range of cases. Her experience ranges from complex antitrust and class action product liability cases to personal injury, creditor’s rights and trade secret disputes. Ms. Vidal has argued cases before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Dallas and Fort Worth Courts of Appeals. Ms. Vidal has tried or otherwise disposed of cases in state and federal courts throughout Texas and in Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Kentucky, Florida, New York, Massachusetts, Indiana, California, and Oregon.
