Dallas A. Sessions
Mr. Sessions practices in the areas of business litigation and ad valorem property tax litigation. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Baylor University in 2004 and his law degree from Baylor University School of Law in 2007. Mr. Sessions handles complex commercial litigation matters involving business disputes, including fraudulent and negligent misrepresentations, tortious interference with and breach of contracts, secured transactions and investments on behalf of individuals, business entities and employee pension benefit plans in Texas state and federal courts. Mr. Sessions is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of Texas and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas. He is also a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association, the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers (“DAYL”) and a Life Fellow of the DAYL Foundation. Mr. Sessions previously served as an Associate of the Hon. Patrick E. Higginbotham American Inn of Court for the 2009 – 2010 term. Mr. Sessions was born in San Antonio, Texas.
