Mr. Porter practices business law with an emphasis in commercial real estate and real estate finance. His experience includes representation of owners, tenants, developers, contractors and financial institutions in real estate transactions, including negotiation and documentation related to property acquisition, financing (and work-outs), development, construction, leasing, management and disposition. Mr. Porter is managing shareholder of Geary Porter and Donovan.
