Bruce W. Claycombe
Over his thirty-five year career, Mr. Claycombe has practiced in many areas of law, including: oil and gas, antitrust, securities, bankruptcy, lender liability, trade regulation, and secured lending transactions, with both litigation and transaction experience in those fields. He has represented borrowers and lenders in real estate and oil and gas lending transactions, buyers and sellers of oil and gas properties and oil and gas companies, and litigants in federal and state, trial and appellate courts in controversies over financial transactions, many of which have involved hundreds of millions of dollars. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to bear on his clients problems, achieving prompt businesslike results whenever possible.
