However, property owners and tax consultants should be aware that the online versions might not reflect all of the 2005-2006 amendments approved by the Texas Legislature and the Governor. Therefore, you should also check GPD's legislative summary of recent amendments to see if any changes have been made that are not reflected on the online versions of the Tax Code.
