Mr. Rothschild concentrates his practice in the area of family law. He received his bachelor’s degree in government from the University of Texas at Austin in 2002 and his law degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2007. After completing his first year of law school, Mr. Rothschild served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Janis Jack, United States District Judge for the Southern District of Texas. During the summer of 2005, Mr. Rothschild attended the Stetson University College of Law Summer Institute in International and Comparative Law in Buenos Aires, Argentina While in law school, Mr. Rothschild served as a research assistant to Professor William V. Dorsaneo, III and as a Chief Counsel in the SMU Civil Legal Clinic. Mr. Rothschild was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2007 and is a member of the family law section of the Dallas Bar Association and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers. He was born in Corpus Christi, Texas in 1980.
