Mrs. Tobin practices in the areas of commercial, and property tax litigation. She received her bachelor's degree and law degree from Southern Methodist University in 1998 and 2001, respectively. She attended University College, Oxford, England, in the summers of 1997 and 1999. She was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2001 and the State Bar of Kansas in 2002. Mrs. Tobin is a member of the Dallas Bar Association and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers where she serves as the co-chair of the Equal Access to Justice Committee. She also sits on the Board of Trustees for the North Texas Association of Assessing Officers, is a member of the Texas Association of Property Tax Professionals and the SMU Real Estate Society and Commericial Real Estate Women - Dallas and is the President of the Dallas Chapter of the Texas Association of Assessing Officers.

In addition to all Texas and Kansas state courts, she is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern and Eastern District of Texas and all United States Districts Courts of Kansas. Mrs. Tobin was born in Clarksville, Tennessee in 1975. Jennifer has been recently asked to serve on the Board of Directors for the DAYL (Dallas Association of Young Lawyers) Foundation.
