Mr. Zoys practices in the areas of employment and commercial litigation. He has successfully represented employers in all aspects of employment law, including the litigation of claims in federal and state courts involving breach of employment agreements, business torts, as well as discrimination claims arising under Title VII, ADA, ADEA, the Texas Commission on Human Rights Act, and the Texas Workers’ Compensation Act. In the area of commercial litigation, he has successfully represented businesses in breach of contract claims, landlord/tenant disputes, as well as bad faith insurance claims brought under the Texas Insurance Code and the Texas DTPA.

Mr. Zoys received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Austin College in 1996 and his law degree from Southern Methodist University School in 2000, where he served as articles editor for the Computer Law Review and Technology Journal. He is a member of the Annette Stewart American Inn of Court, the Labor and Employment Section of the State Bar of Texas, the Employment, Executive Compensation, Tort, and Insurance Sections of the Dallas Bar Association, as well as the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers. Mr. Zoys was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2000 and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Western Districts of Oklahoma, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Mr. Zoys was born in Dallas, Texas in 1974.
