Mr. Staley practices in the area of real estate finance, including representation of financial institutions in connection with securitized mortgage lending transactions, as well as real estate development, leasing and acquisition. Mr. Staley received his Bachelor of Business Administration in 1968 from the University of North Texas and his law degree from the University of Texas in 1971. Mr. Staley was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1971, the State Bar of Oklahoma in 1972, and before the United States Supreme Court in 1979. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Texas Bar Association, the Oklahoma Bar Association, and the Dallas Bar Association. Mr. Staley was born in Indianapolis, Indiana in 1946.
