Mr. Gray practices in the Litigation and Property Tax Law sections. He earned his bachelor's degree from East Texas State University (now Texas A&M University - Commerce) in 1977 and his law degree from Southern Methodist University in 1989, where he served as Leading Articles Editor of the Southwestern Law Journal. He is a member of the Dallas Bar Associations. He is admitted to the State Bar of Texas and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern District of Texas, the Eastern District of Texas, and the Western District of Texas, the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He has lectured on property tax issues at various legal seminars and written numerous articles on property tax law. He was born in Greenville, Texas.
