Nancy L. Waters' practice is principally in the area of representing employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. Ms. Waters litigates labor and employment cases in federal and state courts and handles disputes before various governmental agencies, such as the National Labor Relations Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, the Department of Labor, the Office of the Federal Contract Compliance Programs, the Texas Commission on Human Rights, and the Texas Workforce Commission. Ms. Waters' practice also includes preventive and compliance labor law in the form of training seminars for management, counseling and investigation of internal complaints, development of employment practices and policies, arbitration programs, and negotiating and preparation of employment contracts and termination documents.

Ms. Waters' professional activities include memberships in the Litigation and Labor and Employment sections of the American Bar Association, the Dallas Bar Association, and the Texas Women's Lawyers Association.  Ms. Waters is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Southern, Western, Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas, the United States District Courts for the Southern, Western and Northern Districts of Oklahoma, and the United States Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit. Ms. Waters was born in Tampa, Florida in 1967.
