Larry L. Martin received his law decree from Southern Methodist University, with honors, in 1986. He was admitted to the Texas bar that same year. While at Southern Methodist University, Mr. Martin was selected for the Order of Barristers, the Order of the Coif, was a member of the Board of Editors of Southwestern Law Journal, and represented Southern Methodist University in moot court competition with other law schools. He received his certification of specialization in family law in 1996. He has been a co-author and speaker in multiple continuing legal education presentations. Mr. Martin practices only litigation, with his primary emphasis being family law.
