Mr. Fisher earned his bachelor's degree in accountancy, with special distinction, from the University of Oklahoma in 1979, and his law degree from the same university in 1982, where he was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma and Phi Delta Phi. He received his master of laws degree in taxation from Southern Methodist University in 1987. He practices with an emphasis in corporate and real estate matters, tax planning, and partnership and corporate law. Mr. Fisher is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of the Dallas Bar Association. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1982 and the United States Tax Court in 1984. Mr. Fisher was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1956.
