Mr. Porter received his bachelor's degree and his law degree from Southern Methodist University in 1972 and 1975, respectively. He is a member of the Dallas and American Bar Associations. Mr. Porter represents developers in all aspects of acquisition, financing, development, management and sale of real estate, with experience in negotiating complex acquisition and financing transactions involving both residential developments and income-producing properties. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1975. Mr. Porter was born in Dallas, Texas in 1950 .
