Ms. Eisenstein practices primarily in the area of commercial real estate law, which includes development, acquisition, purchases, sales, leases, and related matters.  She earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Missouri at Columbia and her law degree from Southern Methodist University where she was a member of the Journal of Air Law and Commerce, as well as Student Bar Vice President.  She has represented developers, landlords, tenants, purchasers, sellers, lenders, borrowers, in various real estate transactions.  She has also spoken extensively over the years on a number of real estate topics, including Atom Bomb Lease Review, title & survey, Deeds, leasing, and other matters.   She is a member of Texas College of Real Estate Lawyers, as well as being board certified in commercial real estate law from the earliest date that such certification was offered in the State of Texas.  Ms. Eisenstein was born in Sedalia, Missouri.  Board Certified, Commercial Real Estate Law Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
